We have announced two promotions within our Truro office. Head of Accounts Louise Roberts has been promoted to Associate and Jane Perrin to Senior Property Manager.

Partner Tom Smith said: "Louise’s input to the running of the company and management of the accounts of the LLP, Miller Commercial Valuers Ltd and our subsidiary company Listers Property Consultants, has been exemplary with an enormous amount of effort and diligence that too frequently goes unseen by the majority of staff, clients and customers. Her in depth knowledge of the company and vast experience and insight when dealing with a wide range of complex financial challenges has helped the partnership grow and develop into the market leading force it has become.

Jane has time and again been recognised and complimented by clients and customers for her consistent high level of service and positive, can-do attitude that has helped resolve and amicably overcome a great number of Landlord & Tenant problems. During her time in the management department, Jane has worked steadfastly in developing her own knowledge so she can deliver service at the highest level and has become a trusted advisor to a number of our key clients who see her as an essential part of their property portfolio.
