Tom Howard joins Miller Commercial

We are pleased to have recently added to our team with the appointment of Chartered Building Surveyor Tom Howard.

Tom will bring his building surveying expertise to Miller Commercial clients including producing and negotiating schedules of dilapidations; carrying out fire reinstatement valuations; providing defect diagnostics reports and cost assessments along with drawing up specifications for major works, contract valuations and residential and commercial building surveys.



Tom joins Miller Commercial from international consultancy firm Currie & Brown.

A keen runner and cyclist Tom is eager to get going in his new role: "I am excited to be part of the growing expansion of Miller Commercial - a firm I have admired for some time. I’m looking forward to kick starting what promises to be an in demand service for Miller Commercial clients."
