Miller Commercial offers a full range of commercial property and business services including the sale and lease of offices, industrial and retail units, hotels and guesthouses, pubs and bars, leisure and catering facilities. We also advise on and offer investment and development opportunities, provide a comprehensive range of commercial property management services and have a dedicated professional services team who specialise in valuations, leases, rent reviews and other related services.

We operate across Cornwall, the wider South West whilst being engaged by clients in London, the Midlands and Manchester.

Miller Commercial has roots dating back to the 1950s and became fully independent in 1994. The dynamic multi-disciplinary business of specialist departments, from agency to commercial property management to professional and business transfer, has grown substantially since then, and with four Partners, our expert team now totals 22. This provides a stable platform for high quality, commercially driven property advice across a full spectrum of services.

Miller Commercial complies with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Rules of Conduct, Manual of Estate Agency and Practice and, in addition, operates its own Quality Assurance procedures.

We constantly invest in the firm’s staff and technology. To help attract customers for our clients we advertise on various websites including RightMove, Vebra, Zoopla, Boxpod, Co Star, Shop Property, Businesses for Sale and Daltons, mailshot to our extensive database, advertise in local and regional publications and actively use social media. We are introducing 3D interactive property tours, drone photography and short video.

We are keen to help in our local communities and to that end we support a number of local Charities and sponsor Truro RFC.

Our team benefit from the investment we make in training, professional development, consultancy and numerous social events – we work hard but we do know how to enjoy ourselves!
