David Palmer

David joined the Property Management team in April 2025 as a Senior Commercial Property Manager. Previously based in Bristol, David has worked for Lambert Smith Hampton as an Associate Director managing a portfolio of commercial, retail and industrial properties. He has worked for Workman LLP as an Associate Property Manager and DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield) as a Senior Surveyor Landlord and Tenant. David started his surveying career with BR/Railtrack (at the same time as one of our Partners Mike Nightingale) as an Estate Surveyor and then a Portfolio Manager. He enjoys running half marathons and doing sprint triathlons.
